D&D Ultimate Care Ltd will contract with its clients to provide appropriately qualified personnel for a given number of hours over a fixed period of time at a given hourly rate. The staff remain the employees of the employment agency and will be remunerated by the agency notwithstanding the fact that the staff will be directed in terms of the precise work they undertake by the client organisation.
Target clients include:
* Private Health Organisations
* Nursing and Care Homes
* National Health Service providers
* Local Authorities to include Domiciliary Care
